My painting shows a fight between two tigers, symbolising the conflict between humans and nature. The orange tiger's two faces show both evil and guilt. It is both guilty of a hideous crime, and stupid as it doesn't know what it is destroying: itself

The painting depicts a lion walking on an empty city street which represents the king of the animal kingdom come to take over human occupancies.

The coming in of animals gave us an ‘augury’ into how we humans have pushed nature into the corners and how we should do more to respect the existence of nature around us.

I hope those who look at this scene are reminded of the importance of connecting to the natural world and the steps we must all take to protect it.
